You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund of what you paid for access to the Prometheus software and training — no questions asked.
The 14-day guarantee refunds the price you paid us for access to the product and its training materials.
Trading losses are not refundable — cryptocurrency trading carries risk and any money lost in the market stays in the market. We also cannot refund fees charged by third parties such as exchanges, banks, or payment processors; requests made after the 14-day window; or amounts claimed through chargebacks rather than the process below.
Email support@prometheusai.tech with the subject line "Refund Request." Include the email and name you used at purchase plus your order or receipt number, and a brief note on why you'd like a refund — your feedback helps us improve.
We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency. Because crypto values change, the refunded coin amount is based on its value at the time of refund, which may differ from what you originally paid.
Once your refund is processed, your access to the software and training ends.
