Refund Policy

In short: If Prometheus isn't right for you, request a refund within 90 days and follow the simple steps below. The guarantee covers your purchase price — not money lost while trading.

1. The 90-Day Guarantee

You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund of what you paid for the Prometheus software and training.

2. What's Covered

The guarantee refunds the price you paid us for access. To qualify, we may ask you to show that you actually followed the training steps and gave the system a fair try.

3. What's Not Covered

• Trading losses. Money you lose in the market is not refundable — trading carries risk.
• Fees charged by third parties such as exchanges, banks, or payment processors.
• Requests made after the 90-day window.
• Refunds claimed through chargebacks rather than our process below.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@prometheusai.tech with the subject line "Refund Request."
• Include the email and name you used at purchase, plus your order or receipt number.
• Tell us briefly why you'd like a refund — your feedback helps us improve.

5. How Long It Takes

We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency. Because crypto values change, the refunded coin amount is based on the value at the time of refund, which may differ from what you originally paid.

7. After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the software, training, and bonuses ends.
